A commission for Capital.com, the global investment platform headquartered in London, to create a suite of distinctive management portraits shot on location at their offices. The brief called for a consistent, considered aesthetic that could live as a long-term visual language for the company, portraits that feel authoritative but not corporate, individual but unmistakably part of the same world.

Each subject was photographed in a temporary studio environment built within the Capital offices, using controlled lighting to achieve a sense of depth and drama against a neutral backdrop. Post-production centred on a bespoke colour grade, a warm, golden tone that unifies the series and gives it a signature quality that sets it apart from conventional business portraiture.

The grade was developed to be repeatable: as new members join Capital's leadership team, each new portrait will slot seamlessly into the series, maintaining visual consistency across the collection over time.
